When arriving for face fitting services please ensure that you are clean shaven.

 

If you arrive unshaven please be aware that you will be refused for face fit testing and the fee paid for all booked services will be non-refundable.

You must not consume/use any Caffeine, Alcohol or Tobacco containing products (including e-cigarettes) for a minimum of 60 minutes prior to testing.

We reserve the right to refuse testing services if you are suspected to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

​

Please ensure that your mask is intact, is clean and free from any debris/dust and is in a serviceable condition.

​

Abusive language, behaviour or violence directed towards any member of staff will not be tolerated and you will be asked to vacate the premises.
