JOB VACANCY X 2 ASBESTOS SURVEYORS - SOUTH WEST REGION - IMMEDIATE START

£28,000 - £30,000 + Company vehicle and benefits

We are currently seeking 2 x experienced asbestos surveyors to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis (Mon-Fri).

The main of our contracts are held in the South West region and Wales therefore we would be looking for candidates who are permanently based in these areas.

The ideal candidates will hold BOHS P402 or RSPH Surveying certification and will have experience in carrying out asbestos surveys on a variety of site types.

The position comes with fantastic opportunity to progress along with regular training.

Qualifications & Experience

• Must possess P402 certification or RSPH equivalent qualification.

• Must have previous experience of asbestos surveying within the industry (1 year minimum).

• Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Must possess a Full UK Driving License

• Experience in using TEAMS software desirable.

​

Key responsibilities

• Carrying out asbestos Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various properties both domestic and commercial.

• Collating and producing accurate, comprehensive asbestos reports.

• To ensure all works are carried out in accordance with documented procedures and comply with the Quality System on a day to day basis.

• To ensure cleanliness of equipment and working environment.

Asbestos Supervisor

Full Time, Permanent Position

Due to an increase in workload and newly awarded contracts we have the opportunity for a qualified and experienced removal supervisor to join our team based from our head office in Hebburn, Tyne and Wear.

​

Although North East based our contracts are nationwide therefore you will be required to travel and overnight stays may be required (accommodation will be provided).

• UKATA/ARCA/IATP/ACAD Supervisor Refresher

• Face Fits

• Mask Test

• CSCS

• Medical

• Full UK Driving License

• Must be able to tow

All certificates must be valid and in date.
